BEST ALL NATURAL SPOT TREATMENT EVER
Raise your hands if your skin is pretty much non problematic but every couple of months get a huge ass pimple the size of Texas 🙋🏻 We on the same boat girl, so I've tried a couple of spot treatments before that were pretty good i.e. Mario Badescu's drying lotion RM 97 from Sephora ;
This really helped dry out my pimple overnight and get it gone by say, in 3 days max. BUT I have 3 problems with this, 1) is freaking expensive ya gurl can't throw 100 bucks every 4-5 weeks hokay 2) Because it is so powerful it quickly dried my skin when then triggered my sensitive skin and lastly 3) this SMELLS LIKE A MAFARKING HOSPITAL and the smells lingers ! Like a good 10-15 mins after that ... ples
I also tried the Keihl's Blue Herbal spot treatment and the Himalaya spot treatment but that didn't really work for me.

So after that a friend of mine told me about Tea Tree Oil and at the time I was obsessed with Lush's Tea Tree Water Toner so I bought mine at The Body Shop
There are 2 sizes the 10ml one and the 20ml one, (RM 42 and RM69 respectively) I started off with the smaller size to test it out and I was BLOWN AWAY, like it's 100% organic and Vegan (if ur'e into that like I'm not but just stating if anyone is that's cool too), it works just as well as the Mario Badescu and it doesn't. break. me. out.
It smells pretty nasty but like a herbal nasty which is better than alcohol chemical straight up yo nose burn ur brain nasty so it doesn't bother me THAT much.
Below is what the nozzle looks like, I personally just rip that out cause I'm lazy as heck but you can keep it on that's up to you.
This is the smaller version and below that is a comparison of the two sizes
So here is a few ways you can use the tea tree oil
1) Dip a cotton bud into the oil and gently dab it on your pimple before bed (after skin care) and leave it on over night
2) Take a steaming bowl of water and drop a couple of drops into the bowl and place your face over the bowl and cover with a towel. Leave for 5-10 mins or however long you'd like. I like to add other essential oils like Peppermint,Lavender or Lemon for a customized steam facial
3) If you have a diffuser at home (mine is from Young Living and I LOVE it) drop a couple of drops of the tea tree oil into the diffuser and let it run, mix in other oils to your preference (my personal fav)
4) In an empty spray bottle pour distilled water, aloe vera gel and a few drops of Tea tree oil (and maybe green tea essential oil) and shake well, place it in the fridge for a refreshing cooling spray to prep your skin for makeup/skincare
Have fun trying this out readers, till next time, RQ xo
